What a recolor touches (from COMPONENT_REGISTRY.md + DESIGN_STANDARDS.md): the frame gradient (headers, banners, drawer heroes, hero cards, header pills, active chips, primary buttons, gradient text — centralized in --grad-brand / BRAND_GRADIENT), the warm card tint (content cards/sections + page background, ~118 files), the primary token, accent, and avatar gradients. Semantic colors (green=success, red=danger) and map markers stay. Layout, type, and components are frozen.
