V4-E Refinements

Starting from V4-E (Living Skyline) — the wide dominant tower with pulse + window lights is the hero. Four tweaks keeping that core intact.

This is home base. Everything below keeps the wide tower, pulse glow, and window lights.

Refinement 1

Minimal change. Just two subtle peaks — the first small building and the last tiny one get pointed roofs. Everything else identical to V4-E. Adds "residential" feel without losing the tower.

Refinement 2

Tower Hero

Fewer buildings, wider tower, more breathing room

Tower is the star. 6-unit wide tower (was 4). Dropped the two smallest buildings for breathing room. Tower + step-down building create a clear hierarchy. Cleaner at small sizes.

Refinement 3

Stepped Tower

V4-E but tower has a distinctive stepped/setback top

Art deco setback. The tower has a stepped top — wider base narrows to a thinner pinnacle. Gives it a distinctive Williamsburg/NYC water tower feel. More architectural character. Same window lights and pulse.

Refinement 4

Brooklyn Mix

Peaked brownstone left, tower center-left, commercial right — trails off

Brooklyn feel. Peaked brownstone opens the skyline on the left, wide tower dominates center-left, commercial buildings step down to the right and trail off. One peak is enough to say "neighborhood" without cluttering the silhouette. The wide mid-rise (48-60) gives the tower something to anchor against.
